Steve Norris
CHAIRMAN
Steven John Norris is a British Conservative Party politician and businessman. Norris served as Member of Parliament for Oxford East from 1983 to 1987. He is one of Property Week’s Property Power 100 and is chairman of Soho Estates, which controls around 60 acres of London’s Soho district. He is also chairman of London Resort Company Holdings, developers of the £3.5 billion entertainment resort project in Kent. He was Independent Non-Executive Chairman of This Land Limited, Cambridgeshire County Council’s arms- length property company from 2019 – 2022. He is Chairman of Future-Built Limited, a construction company, and of EVO.PM, a proptech maintenance company. He is also a partner with Craig Calder in Sanctuary Investments Limited.
Leonardo Brummas Carvalho

Born in Brazil and relocated to Lugano (Switzerland) with the family at the age 9, Leonardo is a Swiss-Brazilian citizen. After finishing Business Administration School in Bellinzona (Switzerland), Leonardo started working at Credit Suisse Lugano in 1998. He worked at Credit Suisse for 22 years holding various senior positions including: CEO/Country Manager, Head of Pacto Andino, Representative Office Head in Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro. Leonardo is also a Board Member of Fintuity, an award winning UK start-up providing automated advice (A.I.) to clients. Leonardo further expanded his education becoming a Swiss Cantonal Accountant, a Certified International Investment Analyst, a Swiss Federal Portfolio Manager and in London, a Chartered MCSI. Leonardo is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French and has a good understanding of German. He is passionate about Technology, Golf, Cars and Psychology. Leonardo is married to Anna and they have two children, Joseph and Jolie.
Laurie Evanson-Goddard
COMPANY SECRETARY
A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Laurie spent twenty years in the Regular Army as a logistics officer, and latterly as an IT specialist, serving in the UK, Germany and the Far East, including extensive service with The Brigade of Gurkhas. On leaving the Regular Army he joined a London-based systems consultancy, LBMS Plc, rising to Board level, before setting up his own project management and training company. Laurie has extensive experience in project and programme management, mainly in the public sector. In addition to managing the implementation of new UK government units, for three years he was Programme Director for the Government of Cyprus Information Systems Strategy, and for many years presented courses in specific management skills for the Airbus community. More recently he helped found a law firm, acting as the part-time Finance and Admin Director. The firm has now grown to be a very busy central London property practice.. Laurie has four children, three of whom have Army careers and one, the sensible one, who is a corporate lawyer.
Pedro Simes
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Pedro has a degree in Tourism Management and recently successfully completed a Diploma in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management, from Cornel University in the United States. His understanding of the Hospitality and Business Travel Marketplace is second to none, with over 20 years’ worth of management experience and proven strategic growth, spanning from global apartment agencies to boutique accommodation operators. Pedro excels at identifying key growth drivers and opportunities, implementing plans and systems – which will then serve as the backbone to unlock autonomy, efficiency production amongst the teams he leads. In his downtime, you’ll find him planning his next family sun and sea holiday!
Christian Mendoza
BUILDING MANAGER
Christian has studied Travel and Tourism at Southwark College.
He is a motivated and self-driven professional with over 15 years experience within the luxury Hotel and Residential industry. Christian has 8 years experience as a Duty Manager in hotels and residential properties which include : The Connaught, Centre Point, Sofitel and Thistle Marble Arch. Currently, he is the Building Manager at 37GS Residences.
Christian has a passion for strength training, reading and loves dogs.
Janna Malycheva
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Janna was born and educated in Russia before moving to Spain in 2000 and UK thereafter. Janna has a degree in Roman-German philology from the State Voronezh University and worked for a media agency in Moscow where she was a part of a team organising media support for major showbusiness and sporting events. Janna has worked and lived in Spain, UK and Australia where she has acquired a great deal of experience in hospitality and property management. While in Australia, she managed a large Real Estate portfolio for a property boutique in Sydney.Janna is fluent in Russian, English and Spanish languages and lives in London with her family.
Nosheen Chughtai
HEAD OF HOSPITALITY
Nosheen was born and raised in the UK graduating with a Batchelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Graphic Design. She is currently the Head of Hospitality at 37GS Residences helping to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, supervising the Front of House team, handling guest complaints and enforcing the highest quality standards in the building. Before taking on this position, Nosheen worked in the finance department of a global mining company based in Mayfair. After welcoming her daughter, she decided to focus on family life and became a full-time mum. Nosheen is a creative, enthusiastic person who enjoys meeting and greeting people. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her daughter to the theatre and spending time with family and friends.
